Collaboration Beer Fest 2022

More than 135 breweries will pour their most creative and innovative brews for the beloved Colorado Brewers Guild fundraiser

Collaboration Fest is the original collaboration beer festival where Colorado Brewers Guild members team up with brewers both near and far and let their imaginations run wild. Brewery collaborations for the festival showcase each brewer’s distinct brewing methods while highlighting the cooperative nature of the Colorado craft beer scene.

This year’s Colorado Brewers Guild fundraiser will feature more than 95 collaborations from Colorado craft brewers and beyond. Hosted by the Colorado Brewers Guild and presented by On Tap Credit Union, Collaboration Fest will be held at the Fillmore Auditorium

New to the festival this year will be appearances from some of your favorite beer authors: Joshua M. Bernstein, Michael Casey, John Frank, Ed Sealover, and Jonathan Shikes. All will be selling and signing their books at Collaboration Fest.

“Collaborative beers are showcases of innovations, two—or three or four!—breweries getting together to dream big in a brew kettle. Rarely do you get a chance to try so many creative liquid collaborations beneath one roof,” says Joshua M. Bernstein, Brooklyn-based beer writer and author of Drink Better Beer. “Drink them today, because chances are they’ll be gone tomorrow.”

Sly Fox Bock Fest & Goat Race 2022

BOCK FEST& GOAT RACE

The first Sunday in May is a special time at the brewery…the Sly Fox Bock Festival & Goat Race is held every year, rain or shine! Called “Philadelphia’s best beer event,” the Bock Fest & Goat Races draw massive crowds of people who love to celebrate spring with great beer!

Delicious food and German oompah music will complement our bock beer-loaded lineup on the first Sunday in May for the first time in 3 years!
The Sly Fox team of brewers produce a mouthwatering lineup of bock beers including Instigator Doppelbock, Rye-zenbock, and of course our amazing Maibock. The day marks the release of the Maibock which is tapped immediately after the Goat Race and named in honor of the winning goat.

A wide-open, grassy field neighboring the 30,000 square-foot brewery is the annual site for the running of the ruminants and festival fun. Live German Oompah music plays from a stage and there is even coverage of the Goat Races on a jumbotron. Afterward, some of the goats and their owners mingle with the crowd, delighting the many children in attendance with their families. It’s an amazing day at the brewery!

And this time, we’re doing the Bock Fest a bit differently. A limited number of admission tickets available! We’re bringing you a better Bock Fest experience this year, with smaller crowds, shorter lines, and perfectly packaged ticket options.

Carolina Bauernhaus – Célébration de Saison (Greenville)

Celebrating Spring : Célébration de Saison

One of our biggest Haus festivals is right around the corner, and you’re invited to celebrate the end of winter with locally, regionally, and seasonally sourced Saisons brewed by Carolina Bauernhaus! This style is a historic pastoral ale hailing from the farmhouses of Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium. Saison, French for season, is our choice release for our spring festival because it pulls in all of the delightful flavors of South Carolina’s warm seasons.

Célébration de Saison will be March 26th at our Greenville location in the Poe West Development of West Greenville and March 27th at our mothership Anderson location in downtown Anderson. We’ll be releasing a collection of our farmhouse ales featuring favorite summertime ingredients like honey, chanterelles, and muscadine that have been maturing all winter for a célébration. These light, playful beers aren’t the only thing we’ll have to tickle your fancy, though.

Both locations will feature Saison-inspired macarons from 3-6 PM by Enchanted Cafe, live music from the Side Porch Swings from 4-7 PM, with delicious beer-infused Belgian waffles on the menu all day. Greenville will be getting a visit from Secret Cirkus from 3-6 PM, as well!

Shirts and Tickets are on pre-sale now! Shirts and special edition glassware are pre-order only and can be picked up at either of our locations. Pre-ordered event tickets cover one Célébration de Saison glass and four pours. Supplies of this merch are limited, so pre-ordering is highly recommended!
