Side Project 17: Samurai Krunkles – IPA brewed with jasmine rice, Sorachi Ace hops, Green Tea, Ginger (June)
Side Project 18: Peanut Butter Chocolate Porter – 2 names in the works, Liquid Bliss, and Ode To Reese. (September)
10th Anniverary Ale – Not going to be called 10th Anniversary. Look for some complex math equation adding up to 10 though. You can glean the beer style from this: Chouffe yeast, coriander, 2 types of orange peel, chamomile, nelson sauvin hops.
Reunion Beer 2012: Brewed again with Shmaltz. Each brewery will do a new take on the brew – together and apart.
That is all awesome, but I will be forever saddened at the death of Gamma Ray. I was but two years into what was going to be an epic rolling vertical.
