NoDa Brewing: Thanks for the Mammories [VIDEO]

Thanks for the Mammories! Joins the NoDable Series this week. It’s a 9% ABV Double IPA made with lactose sugar, which gives it a sweet (less hoppy) taste.

This is the 100th NoDable beer, with a portion of the proceeds going to breast cancer research.

NoDa’s Tart For Prostates

A berliner weisse with raspberries for a good cause? NoDa Brewing’s (Charlotte, NC) Tart Attack benefits Pints for Prostates. (The Denver Rare Beer Tasting Benefits the same cause.)

The brewers at NoDa soured the mash with lactobacillus (the yeast makes lactic acid that sours the brew) making Tart Attack… tart. The beer was rested on blackberries, giving it a nice fruity complexity. Release details to follow.

Style: Berliner Weisse (w/ Blackberries)
Availability: 22oz bombers
