Three Taverns Launches Prince of Pilsen
Three Taverns Craft Brewery (Decatur, GA) has released a new year round pilsner- Prince of Pilsen. This is the fourth 12oz bottle offering out of eight bottle released by the brewery to date.
Prince of Pilsen tributes the most popular beer style in the world. Originally brewed in the bohemian City of Pilsen in 1842, the new sensation was widely imitated and now makes up 90% of beer consumed around the globe. This Euro-style version is refreshingly crisp and dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight 7Cs for a distinct citrus aroma and bite.
Three Taverns Prince of Pilsen is available in 12oz bottles and draft.

Three Taverns Creates New Saison with Georgia Peaches
Three Taverns Craft Brewery (Decatur, GA) is rounding out the summer heat in true Georgia style. The forthcoming beer, Three Taverns Le Peche Mode, is a saison fermented with Georgia Peaches.
Three Taverns founder and brewmaster Brian Purcell tells Beer Street Journal that Le Peche uses peach juice from Lane Farms in the fermenter in lieu of Belgian candi sugar. The result raises the ABV a little bit, and gives the saison just hint of peach flavor.
Le Peche Mode is fermented with natural peach juice from Peach County, Georgia. Peaches, introduced to our state by Franciscan monks in 1571, add a subtle complexity to this traditional Belgian farmhouse ale enhancing it’s refreshing malt character and long, dry finish.
Three Taverns Le Peche Mode has already been brewed, and is slated for release in late August, 2014.

Three Taverns Releases World Cup Offering
Three Taverns Brewery (Decatur, GA) releases a special offering in honor the World Cup this week. Pils Mundial, a Euro-style pilsner his taps this week.
Dry hopped with Falconers Flight 7c’s for an added American edge, this special edition beer and glass will be served at bars televising the games throughout the World Cup.

Three Taverns White Hops Gets Bigger
Three Taverns Craft Brewery (Decatur, GA) has upgraded their year round offering, White Hops to 750ml bottles. Brewery founder Brian Purcell likes the flexibility of carrying some of their lineup in both 12oz and 750ml bottle offerings.
The brewery celebrated their 5th month in operation with a 5th beer, White Hops. This white IPA is a nod a little Atlanta brewing history, as you will learn from brewery owner Brian Purcell.

Sour Program Planned at Three Taverns
Three Taverns Craft Brewery (Decatur, GA) has some huge news for the southern brewing scene. A sour program.
The brewery emphasizes on Belgian-style offerings, with Single Intent (Belgian Single) and A Night in Brussels (Belgian IPA) being their flagships. Most recently, the brewery launched White Hops a white IPA, and will be releasing a quadrupel Quasimodo in March.
If all that isn’t big news, soon you can indulge in sour offerings brewed in the Peach State.
No ETA on the program. Time is needed to source barrels, fermentation, & more. Think 2015 or 2016.

Three Taverns “Quasimodo” Due in March
Three Taverns Craft Brewery (Decatur, GA) is readying Quasimodo, a quadrupel for release this March.
If you have been following brewery founder Brian Purcell’s path to opening the brewery, you might have had test batches of Quasimodo.
