The base of Alpine Willy Vanilly is a lightly hopped wheat ale, that has been nuanced with a touch of vanilla bean. Originally designed to be a gateway beer into a world for new flavors, it turns out it was a winner for the brewery’s fans.
“After primary fermentation and maturation we add a touch of vanilla extract to compliment the sweet nuttiness of the wheat malt.
