The now world renown “gypsy” brewers Mikkeller release I Beat yoU. (Notice the upper case letters – IBU.) It’s an imperial IPA with a big ingredient list –
Hops: Hercules, Warrior, Centennial, Amarillo, Simcoe ,Columbus
Malts: maris otter, munich og cara-munich
Taste Expectations: Big on pine hops, with some malt sweetness to follow. As it warms a bit, citrus flavors appear. Almost tropical fruit flavors. Hops taste fresh!
