Second Self Brewing will open their doors to the public on November 1st, 2014. The brewery has been in planning for five years.
While some of Second Self’s beers have already hit taps in the city, the tasting room opening will bring four new beers to the Atlanta beer scene:
Thai Wheat, 5.1% ABV, 51 IBUs. Brewed with lemongrass, galanga, and ginger.
Red Hop Rye, 7.3%, 69 IBUs. Red ale brewed with a blast of rye malt.
LIPA, 4.3%, 61 IBUs. A session (low ABV) IPA
Saison, 5.5%, 24 IBUs
Second Self’s offering will remain draft only. The brewery plans to bottle and can in early 2015.
