These beers take a journey to where the wild things are. Brett, pedio, lacto, the kings of all wild things, were lonely and wanted to be where some things loved them best of all. They cried to the beer, “oh, please don’t go – we’ll eat you up – we love you so!” So the beer stayed, and a sour was made. Let the wild funkiness start!
