Firestone Walker will be bringing you a black IPA in their Proprietor’s Reserve Series in 2012. Wookey Jack will be an unfiltered rye based black IPA. The is 1 of 2 new additions that Firestone announced a few months ago. The other is Double DBA.
Wookey Jack will put a serious twist on the IPA theme weaving in jet-black dark malts, assertive citrusy hops and a spicy addition of rye malt.
