Alesmith Brewing Company has unveiled a new collaboration with Danish brewer Mikkeller. The beer- Beer Geek Speedway.
You’ll notice this is a fusion of each of the brewery’s popular offerings – Speedway Stout, and Beer Geek Brunch. Beer Geek Speedway also uses the most expensive coffee in the world – the Kopi Luwak (aka weasel poop coffee.) Alemith and Mikkeller both use Kopi Luwak in some of their offerings.
It’s a collaborative project that will take shape as an Imperial Oatmeal Stout directly influenced by our legendary Speedway Stout and Mikkeller’s infamous Beer Geek Brunch Weasel.
There is no release date yet for Alesmith Mikkeller Beer Geek Speedway.

The brewery told me it was Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast, but I had made the change to Brunch as you were commenting of that exact reason…
You know, you could argue either way. Alesmith has a weasel coffee Speedway, and Mikkeller has Breakfast that becomes Brunch when you add the weasel coffee to it. So…either Alesmith is blending the Brunch, or it is loosely based on Speedway, and Breakfast or Brunch to create something fun. Either way, who the fuck cares, I’m sure it will be amazing.

I was just trying to point out the contradiction so the reporter could note it and make a change if desired.
