Mother’s Brewing (Springfield, MO) has a Foggy Notion – a new barleywine. The brewery was founded in 2010, and currently has 7 beers in their young lineup. Â Foggy is related to another beer, PG-13 Mother’s released this week.
PG-13 resembles its originator, Foggy Notion (Barley Wine Style Ale), in that it was made from the same mash using an old brewing technique called, parti-gyle. PG-13 also uses the same hop varieties as used in Foggy Notion.
