Bell’s Quinannan Falls is being canned this week
Bell’s Quinannan Falls Special Lager Beer will be the next canned offering from the Comstock, Michigan based brewery.
Inspired by a place that Larry Bell imagined in a dream, neither the beer, nor the waterfall existed outside his imagination. Michigan artist, Kathleen Kalinowski made the vision a reality the next day, and the beer was born.
The lager beer is reminiscent of a German pilsner, brewed with Simcoe hops.
The end result is a dry-hopped lager that possesses a crisp, dry bitterness you would expect from a German pilsner, but the use of highly aromatic Simcoe hops from the Pacific Northwest, evoke the fragrant pine forests that inspired this beer.
Bell’s Quinannan Falls Special Lager Beer will be available in 12 ounce cans (6 packs) starting in late June, 2016. Above, the image of the canned waiting to be filled at the Michigan brewery on June 7th.

Bell’s 30th Anniversary Ale Arrives in September
Bell’s 30th Anniversary Ale arrives in September, 2015.
Back in 1985, brewery founder Larry Bell took a 15 gallon soup pot, and started a journey that make beer history. Bell’s 30th Anniversary Ale, a nod to the brewery’s Expedition Stout, celebrates the three decade brewing journey.

Bell’s 30th Anniversary Ale is brewed with a collection of dark malts, and Polaris hops. Available in 12 ounce bottles and draft in all of Bell’s Brewery’s markets in September, 2015.
