Rumors have been flying for months about Avery Brewing’s relocation, but now it’s settled. Avery has decided on a 5.6 acre spot in North Boulder, CO. The new facility will include a 30,000 square foot brewery, restaurant, and gift shop. The building will be red brick and is designed to look like an older brewery. Avery is still in negotiations for the plot of land which is just down the street from Asher Brewing Company.
It is also down the street from Boulder County Day School who is less than thrilled about the new brewery location. They oppose the idea and it will be discussed at a public hearing on December 15th.
