Avery Brewing quietly announced the acquisition of a 5.6- acre property at 4910 and 4920 Nautilus Court in the Twin Lakes Technological Park in northeast Boulder.
The new location is scheduled for completion in early summer 2014 and will boast 75,000 square feet of production and warehouse space. It will have a 120-barrel brew house, an immediate capacity of 120,000 barrels per year and an eventual capacity of 350,000 barrels per year as well as a tap room, restaurant, and a merchandise shop. The location will offer tours and include an aerial walkway for self-guided tours.
