Today the brewery opens its doors to volunteers and veterans to help zest oranges that will go into Homefront IPA. (2,000 of them!) The beer will be aged on Louisville Slugger baseball bats.
“It has been great to see the response from the craft brewing community — every phone call has been answered with an enthusiastic offer of support,” said Brock Wagner, founder/brewer of Saint Arnold Brewing Company. “The fact that we have local veterans participating in the making of the beer makes it even more special.”
Other breweries creating recipes include Cigar City Brewing, Perennial Artisanal Ales, 21st Amendment, Fremont Brewing, & Sly Fox.
