Yazoo Brewing Company (Nashville, TN) is making some changes in 2014. Among those are a few seasonal additions, starting with Yazoo Spring.
Yazoo Spring is a helles bock brewed with German malts, and lager yeast.
It has a nice deep tan color with a slight bready sweet aroma that has a light mouth feel, finishing with a smooth malty and clean hop flavor. Quinn, our lead brewer here at Yazoo, created the recipe and the 6 pack and bottle artwork was taken from original artwork created by Linus’s mother.
