Yazoo Brewing (Nashville, TN) and New Belgium Brewing (Fort Collins, Colorado) have plans on collaborating on a new sour beer in the near future. Brandon Jones & Linus Hall of Yazoo have been busy building out one of the few sour programs in the southeast.
No immediate details are available until the final blends are confirmed – but put this one on your radar. Check out the Beer Street Journal Video on the new Yazoo Sour Program in the meantime.

Doubt they gave a timeline, but I’m sure he posted ‘draft only’ because he confirmed it won’t see a bottle release.
It debuts during Memphis Craft Beer Week in 2 weeks. Looking at the schedule it’s going to be at a few locations during the week.. some will also be available in Nashville very soon.
