White Birch Brewing (Hooksett, NH) is expanding fermentation capacity (tanks), and adding a canning line.
The first offering to be canned will be Hop Session, by the first week of March, locally.
Hop Session is in. Starting with a blend of west coast hops for a balanced, bitter effect. We close the session out by late hopping the beer for a nice resiny mouth feel.
Shortly after, the brewery will ship Hop Session cans to their distribution states. White Birch Brewing started brewing in 2009.
