Torn Label Brewing officially launches this week in Kansas City, Missouri. The brewery was founded last year by Rafi Chaudry, Travis Moore, Carol Troutwine and Chad Troutwine.
The brewery is located in the southern section of the Studios Inc building in downtown Kansas City’s Crossroads neighborhood. Torn Label brews on an all-stainless, 15 barrel system, with a 2,500 barrel annual capacity. Additionally to the production facility, the brewery plans on opening a tap room on-site later this year.
Some of the initial beers include Hang ’em High (IPA), Quadjillo (Chili beer), and Monk & Honey (Belgian-style Ale).
