The Bruery has announced another mystery beer in the Reserve Society –White Chocolate. Those who are a part of the society have a chance at 6 bottles of this new release, along side 10 bottles of Oude Tart.
So what is it? The base of White Chocolate is a 100% barrel aged wheat wine dubbed White Oak Sap. …a “summer” barley-wine style ale, but made with a wheat heavy grain base, White Oak Sap is aged in used bourbon barrels for nearly a year and comes out rich in flavors of coconut, honey, caramel and vanilla. Magic Hat Graupel is a Humdinger
Magic Hat Brewing Company is adding a third edition to the Humdinger Series with Graupel. Incoming science lesson. Graupel is precipitation that occurs when supercooled droplets of water freeze on a falling snowflake
A Humdinger is a very special breed of Magic Hat. Sometimes in 750ml bottles, sometimes only on tap at the Artifactory, Humdingers appear when our brewers want them to appear. Beers like Braggot, Thumbsucker and Chaotic Chemistry are all of the Humdinger species. They’re of a single batch and are very limited. But it’s worth the suspense if you can get some on your tongue.
Style: Wheat Wine
Availability: 750 ml bottles
Arrival: TBA
10.8% ABV
First release in the series Over The Pils. Graupel also joins Burnpile Porter.

About The Beer:
The Companion Ale. Made with 55% new floor malts from Weyermann Maltings, The Companion is brewed in an old style called “wheat wine”, a wheat-based equivalent to barley wine. The floor malts give this beer a juicy malt character of considerable depth, 55% malted wheat gives it a surprising lightness on the palate, while our house ale yeast lends a gentle fruitiness.
