Breckenridge Mango Mosaic ships in June
Breckenridge Mango Mosaic kicks off the not only the brewery’s summer lineup, but joins year-round.
The base pale ale is brewed with Mosaic hops, chosen to accentuate the mega dose of mango added to this beer. The result is described as an all-occasion beer where “hops meet fruit.”

Breckenridge Mango Mosaic debuts in June in 12 ounce bottles and draft. Breckenridge currently ships to 35 states.

First Look: Terrapin HI 10 Mango Habanero Imperial IPA
Terrapin HI-10 will mark the 27th entry in the brewery’s Side Project Series in late July. For the first time in Side Project history, the beer will be in canned (instead of 22 ounce bottles.)
One of Terrapin’s first cans was Hi-5, a west coast style India pale ale. This rif on that beer will be an imperial IPA brewed with mango and habanero peppers. Above are the first can proofs of the new

Kona Brewing Magic Sands taps in Hawaii & Cali
Kona Brewing Magic Sands, a new saison, is hitting taps in California and the brewery’s home state of Hawaii.
Using Kona’s farmhouse style ale, the brewery enhanced the flavor with Keitt mangoes.
“Fruit-forward brews are a big hit here in the Islands, so we thought beer lovers on opposite coasts would enjoy them just as much,” said Sandi Shriver, head of Kona Brewing Co.’s brewery operations. “This beer’s distinctive mango flavor and citrusy aroma have a magical effect after a long day at the beach, on the water or anywhere you’re kicking back to unwind.”
Kona Brewing Magic Sands is available on tap in just two states for a limited time.

Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry released
Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry is a new seasonal by the Delaware-based brewery, debuting this week at their home base.
Dogfish Head’s most popular style – the India pale ale, has been enhanced by mangoes, ginger, and apricots. It may sound odd to use all three together, but hey – that’s some Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry (Punny, right?) A bit like Aprihop, but with a little extra.
What you have here is a serious IPA shacking up & hunkering down with mangoes and apricots. At the same time!
Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry will be available in 12 ounce bottles and draft starting in February, 2016.

Founders Mango Magnifico is returning to the Backstage Series
Founders Mango Magnifico con Calor [Magnificent Mango with Heat], will be reintroduced to the brewery’s Backstage Series in March, 2016.
This release marks the 15th entry in the series (last time it was released, it was the 7th). Founders Mango Magnifico is brewed with mango and habanero peppers.
Not a traditional fruit beer, the delicate tropical fruit in Mango Magnifico is punctuated by a hint of heat, increasing the overall depth of flavor and adding another level of complexity. A refreshing drink for the warm summer months.
Founders Mango Magnifico will be a draft, and 750 milliliter bottle offering in March, 2016.

Ballast Point Mango Even Keel released in cans
Ballast Point Mango Even Keel, a fruited spin on the brewery’s session (lower ABV) IPA has been released.
The San Diego based brewery has been releasing new renditions of many of their year round beers, including Pineapple Sculpin, Grapefruit Sculpin, & Habanero Sculpin. This edition takes Even Keel, a 3.8% alcohol by volume session IPA, and infuses it with mango.
Ballast Point Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, sessionable ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer is truly on another level.

Spotlight: Hi-Wire Tropical Fruit Golden Strong Ale
This 11.3% fruited beast is Hi-Wire Tropical Fruit Golden Strong Ale. It ships mid-December, 2015.
Jonathan Parks, Hi-Wire’s specialty head brewer grew up in Miami, where mangos and papayas out number the people in the city. (Completely made up fact, btw)
“I love bright tropical fruit flavors,” said Parks. “I grew up in Miami where mangos and papayas grow everywhere. When I smell this beer, it reminds me of home.”
Hi-Wire Tropical Fruit Golden Strong Ale is ready to drink now but the does mention proper cellaring will smooth the edges of this beer. Available in 22 ounce bottles mid month.
Beer Street Journal tasting notes: This beer maybe be 11.3% alcohol by volume, but it drinks like a 6% beer. Mango and papaya is subtle, but a nice touch to the finish. Pre-game hard with this one.
