Their gypsy brewers, that create tasty is various places around the U.S. The above is a prime example.
So what is it?
They created an English style ale called “Stingo.” Stingo is a strong ale originating the northern England. It’s a pretty old style too. You’ll find literature references to it before 1700. They are oak aged (usually more than a year) before arriving in your glass. Stingo is said to “sting” the palate, thus the name was born.
Boulevard brewmaster, Steven Pauwels joins Dann and Martha Paquette of Pretty Things for this collab. Expect woody flavors mixed with fruit and complex malts.

Yes, Michigan and Hawaii are connected. It should be obvious to you now as you hold this beer, and read this label. John and I designed this beer with two noble fruits from two noble states. Michigan & Hawaii.Cherries & liliko’i. Starting to see the connection. I feel it. So does John. 4391 miles msy separate our breweries, but not our thirst for the exquisit Hipa! -RonWorking with Ron is something I’ve wanted to do since I had my first Jolly Pumpkin beer. Years later, it’s a reality. Being involved on this project was an honor and a privilege. Mahalo to my MBC crew and to you, fans of craft beer! -John

Weasel Rodeo is the Next Jester King/Mikkeller Collab
Weasel Rodeois the 2nd collaboration between Jester King and Mikkeller. (First was Ale/Malt Liquor In TX’ Geek Brunch.) This new weasel is based of Mikkeller’s Beer Geek Brunch Weasel, a beer brewed with “weasel coffee,” the most expensive coffee in the world. You might have heard it called “poop coffee” because the kopi luwak “weasel” eats the berries of the plant, and excretes the coffee beans. Vietnamese roaster, Trung Nguyen, provided the Kopi Luwak coffee. Weasel Rodeo is brewed with smoked malt and ground chipotle pepper.
Why, upon seeing a testosterone-fueled beast angrily thrashing about, did someone once think, “Betcha I can stay on that horse longer ‘n you.” How come the first time a searing hot pepper was popped into a mouth it wasn’t the last? And what about stepping in coffee bean-studded weasel poo provoked the human brain to ask the unreasonable question, “Reckon’ diesel’ make a decent cup of Joe?’ Even beer itself began with the thought, “Let’s squeeze the liquid out of those soggy, sprouting grains, leave it around for a few days until it starts to smell funny, and then drink it.” When the curious urge to do seemingly stupid things doesn’t kill us, it can sometimes yield bizarre and splendid results. Bottoms up! Jester King Craft Brewery is an authentic farmhouse brewery in the beautiful ‘Texas Hill Countty, on the outskirts of Austin. We brew what we like, drink what we want and offer the rest to those who share our tastes.
Style: Imperial Stout (w/ coffee, chipotle peppers) Hops: Millenium, Saaz, Cascade, Columbus Malts: Mans Otter, dark crystal malt, brown malt, chocolate malt, smoked malt
