Four Seasons Hotel understands the beer lover’s need for special, limited edition, and collaborative brews. That’s why they have partnered with Philadelphia’s Dock Street Brewing to create “A Beer Four All Seasons.” Each beer is sold exclusively in the hotel’s Swann Lounge.
The first release was Truffled Old Ale. The second arrived in arrived in April, called Caliente Golden Ale. Brewed with blue agave nectar, then aged for a few weeks on guajillo and ancho chilies.
A summer beer arrives in time for Philly Beer Week in June, and of course another in Autumn. Each beer will use herbs and fruits from hotel’s rooftop garden. [FourSeasons]
