A re-interpreted recipe of Shmaltz’s Monumental Jewbelation- brewed and fermented with Belgian yeast in the Show Me State of Missiouri by the expert hands of Cathedral Square Brewery – and aged in the treasured barrels previously inhabited by 2014 Funky Jewbelation. Shmaltz Saint Jewbelation will be available on January 9th 2015 in 25oz, corked & caged bottles. Brewery release only.
