Omaha Brewing Company (Omaha, GA) will release their first bottles on February 26th, 2015 – General’s Select Barrel Aged Stout.
For this first release, the brewery aged an imperial stout in Jack Daniel’s whiskey barrels for close to 5-9 months.
This beautiful barrel–aged stout boasts a bold flavor profile with chocolate, Rosie, coffee, oak, bourbon whiskey and vanilla no it’s derived from the combination of seven malts and barrel aging.
