Ska Brewing makes Euphoria. DuClaw Brewing makes Euforia. These will not both hold true for much longer. Ska Brewing has filed a petition at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, asking them to revoke DuClaw Brewing’s rights to the names Euphoria and Euforia on beers. Ska has been using Euphoria since 2005 and claims they should have ‘common law’ rights to the name while DuClaw obtained the rights to use Euphoria in 2009 and then Euforia in 2012. Neither brewery can comment at this time.
