Burial Beer adding Georgia distribution (Now)

Burial Beer Co. (Asheville, NC) is adding Georgia distribution this fall. The brewery has signed a distribution deal with Atlanta based Liberator Distributing.

Burial opened their doors in 2013 with a one-barrel brew system. (Around 31 gallons each brew.) Not long after, Burial added a 10 Barrel brewhouse at their home location in Asheville’s downtown area.

Keeping strong with their growth track, the brewery announced a second production location, with a 20-barrel brewhouse.

Georgia drinkers can expect Surf Wax IPA, Gang of Blades Double IPA, Skillet Donut Stout, The Keeper’s Veil Honey Saison, Shadowclock Pilsner, Bolo Coconut Brown, and Scythe Rye IPA.

As of mid-September, Burial has slowly started hitting taps around Atlanta.

Wicked Weed adds DC and northern Virginia distribution

Wicked Weed Brewing (Asheville, NC) is adding Washington DC and northern VA distribution. Through their new partnership with Premium Distributors, beers from both their hoppy and sour portfolios will be available starting now. Owner and Head of Sales for Wicked Weed, Ryan Guthy, stated:

“When analyzing markets across the country, the DC and greater DC area were an instant attraction to Wicked Weed. We realized the strength of the craft market there and wanted to be a part of it.”

Wicked Weed fans in this new distribution area will have access to over 30 different brands from both sour and clean-side production regularly.

Burial Beer announces South Carolina distribution

Burial Beer Co. (Asheville, NC) is adding South Carolina distribution this November. The brewery has signed a distribution deal with Advintage Distributing.

Hot on the heels of announcing a Georgia distributor with Liberator Distributing, by the end of the year South Carolina will have Burial Beer Co. as well.

South Carolina can expect Surf Wax IPA, Gang of Blades Double IPA, Skillet Donut Stout, The Keeper’s Veil Honey Saison, Shadowclock Pilsner, Bolo Coconut Brown, Scythe Rye IPA, and Ceremonial Session IPA (rotating hop selection per batch), both in cans as well as draft.

Destihl Brewery expanding to Missouri

Destihl Brewery is expanding distribution to Missouri in late July.

Currently, the brewery building a new, 47,000 square foot brewery in Normal, Illinois. The new production facility and increased fermentation capacity is allowing the brewery to go ahead an add the new market.

Destihl has signed a distribution deal with Bevolution Distribution. The Saint Louis market can expect beers from the Wild Sour Series including Here Gose Nothin’ and Counter ClockWeisse.

Additionally, beers from the brewery’s core lineup, including Weissenheimer Hefeweizen, Vertex IPA, Hoperation Overload Double IPA and Abbey’s Single.

Left Hand Brewing adds Wyoming

Left Hand Brewing (Longmont, CO) is entering the Wyoming market in July. The brewery has signed distribution deals with Cheyenne & Laramie Beverage.

Boulevard Brewing adds Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut

Boulevard Brewing Company (Kansas City, MO) is adding Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut to their distribution territory this summer.

The brewery has inked deals with Nittany Beverage, Wilsbach, Kirchner’s Beverage Distributor, Mid-State Beverage and Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale in Pennsylvania, NKS Distributors in Delaware, and Brescome Barton in Connecticut.

“It has been gratifying to bring Boulevard beers to parts of the Northeast these past few years,” said Bobby Dykstra, vice president of sales. “Every new market seems to have lots of craft beer fans who have been exposed to our beers, people with Midwest ties who are really happy to see us. We’re pleased to have an opportunity to again become part of their daily lives.”

Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, The Calling IPA, Tell-Tale Tart and Ginger Lemon Radler are already rolling out in PA and DE. Connecticut can expect the brewery to hit taps in late July.

New Holland adds Alabama

New Holland Brewing (Holland, MI) has announced the addition of Alabama to their distribution network.

The brewery has signed a deal with Birmingham based Supreme Beverage in order to handle distribution.
“There is a strong an vibrant craft scene in Alabama and we’re excited to share our products with the passionate and dedicated people there,” stated Brett VanderKamp, President & Founder.

The brewery will launch Mad Hatter IPA, Dragon’s Milk (Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout) to start. More brands will follow in 2016.

Recently, New Holland announced new Dragon’s Milk variant with Raspberry & Lemon for the summer.
