Over the weekend at Cigar City Brewing’ s Hunaphu day, Papaya IPA was released. Papaya has made a couple of small appearances on draft before this big release.
Papaya IPA is a tropical take on Jai Alai IPA with unsweetened dried papaya added to the beer post fermentation.
The proceeds from the bottle sales go to support the Florida Brewers Guild.
