Mikkeller will be shipping a real session beer stateside this year. Before you get your feathers ruffled, it actually IS a session beer – a mere 2.4% ABV. Drink’in The Sun’s alcohol content has lowered each year. (2 years ago it was 3.9%)
Drink’in is a pale wheat ale and a year round brew for Mikkeller, produced at De Proef in Belgium. Dr. Erikschon (whom I assume is an enthusiast of Mikkeller) has pretty funny commercial about this beer. Check it out.
