12:00 Noon – Duck Rabbit barrel aged sour cherry Baltic porter cask
We will gravity pour this ceremonial cask of deliciousness to get things started!
1:00 – SKA Decadent IPA – 10%
A balanced Imperial IPA with a nice caramel sweetness and a bitter grapefruit finish.
2:00 – Foothills Seeing Double IPA – 9.5%
At 130 IBUs this super hoppy beer is surprisingly easy to drink. Pine,citrus and spicy finish.
3:00 – Duck Rabbit Barleywine 2006 – 11%
Sweet malts and faint hops with a slight alcohol finish back in 2006. Lets see what 4 years has done!
4:00 – Great Divide Oak Aged Yeti 2008 – 9.5%
Aged two years in house! Intense chocolate and roasted malt aged on French and toasted oak.
5:00 – Green Flash Le Freak tripel – 9.2%
A slight fruit sweetness up front with a long dry finish. Light spices and Belgian yeast add depth.
6:00 – Clipper City (Heavy Seas) Smoke on the water – 8%
This full bodied porter is big on the roasted malt with the perfect amount of smoke at the end.
7:00 – Olde Hickory Irish Walker – 7.7%
A traditional English style Barley wine that showcases dark fruit flavors and a blend of English hops.
8:00 – Coast Hopart IPA – 7.7%
This organic IPA is heavily hopped with a nice combination of citrus, floral and earthy varieties.
9:00 – Great Lakes Blackout Stout – 9%
Complex malts and a light hop finish with some ripe dark fruits make this one quite unique.
10:00 – Cigar City Jai Alai IPA – 7.5%
Amazing tropical fruit aromas lead way to a full mouth feel and a nice bitter finish.
11:00 – New Holland Oak Aged Dragons Milk – 10%
A very nice balance between rich chocolate, lactose sweetness, and vanilla hints.
12:00 Midnight – Terrapin/ Left Hand Depth Charge – 6.5%
The very last keg of Depth charge on planet earth! A sweet stout brewed with espresso.
