Nebraska Brewing MOAB, the biggest “Betty” to date
Nebraska Brewing MOAB, aka “Mother of All Bettys”debuts on Friday, February 17th.
The La Vista, Nebraska based brewery is known for their Black Betty Imperial Stout (aged in whiskey), and Sexy Betty (aged in brandy barrels). Nebraska Brewing MOAB takes “Betty” to the next level.
The brewery uses twice as much grain and double mashed (two grain soaks) in order to get the hefty amount of fermentable sugar to make a stout this big. No other sugar was used in the brewing process.
After primary fermentation, the beer was transferred to four different bourbon barrels for six months of aging. The result is the biggest Betty yet.
MOAB will be available on draft on Friday, February 17th. The bottle release has been delayed until it meets brewery standards.
Style: Imperial Stout (Barrel Aged. Bourbon.)

Nebraska Little Betty Imperial Stout debuts in cans
Nebraska Little Betty, the brewery’s Russian imperial stout, will debut in cans on Friday, November 11th.
The Papillion, Nebraska brewery is opting for aluminum for this seasonal. This robust imperial stout is the base beer for a line of Reserve Series variants like Black Betty (aged in bourbon).
Our take on a robust Americanized Russian-Style Imperial Stout. Moderately hopped to liven up a richly malted classic. This is the base beer for our insanely popular barrel aged Reserve Series variants. You’ve worked hard. You’ve earned this.
Nebraska Little Betty Imperial Stout will be available in 12 ounce cans starting Friday, November 11th.

Initial details indicate the beer will most likely debut in July, limited to Los Angeles, and in the bands hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Nebraska Brewing is planning to make the 311 beer a part of their canned lineup later this year.
The beer has yet to be named.
Recently, 90’s sensation Hanson went into craft beer, with the launch of MmmHops.

Nebraska Ardent Son, a Belgian golden ale is coming in February. The beer is aged in Chardonnay barrels, similar to Blanc is the New White.
A Belgian Golden Strong fermented with Ardennes yeast forms a fantastic base which is further enhanced by a 6 month maturation in Chardonnay barrels. The core of this beer is enjoyed by our fans in many forms. We feel that this interpretation furthers the crisp Belgian-like qualities fantastically.
Nebraska Ardent Son will be available in 750ml bottles.

Inception Series Potential: Nebraska Brewing Runnin’ With the Devil
Nebraska Brewing Runnin’ With the Devil is a potential release in the brewery’s Inception Series this year. (As of now, not officially announced.)
For Runnin’ with the Devil, the brewery took their Fathead Barleywine, and aged it in rum barrels. Because? Booze.
A variant of our Fathead Barley Wine Ale. We’ve taken a massive beer which already had deep brown sugar notes and chosen to age it further in Venezuelan Rum barrels for a beautiful finish and deep maturation. You’ll find it best to share with a friend. And be seated.
Nebraska Runnin’ with the Devil will be available in 750ml bottles.

Nebraska “Blanc is the New White” Joins Inception Series in February
Nebraska Brewing Company (La Vista, NE) will release Blanc is the New White into their Inception Series. Inception already features other releases like Romancing the Cone, and Attack of the 50 Foot Brunette.
Nebraska Blanc is the New White features Ardennes yeast (just like SweetWater’s recent release, and future sour ale), aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for half a year.
Pushing creativity into new realms of barrel aging, this Saison was made with the Ardennes yeast strain and aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels for 6 months. The result is a beer that spans the breadth of grassy down into lightly tropical character. Uniquely pleasant.
Look for Nebraska Blanc is the New White in 750ml bottles in February, 2015.
