I have it on good authority that Boulevard Brewing will be on shelves in Georgia by April, 2012. (According to a brewery source.) Boulevard is based in Kansas City, Missouri.
The first beers to hit the state will be from the Smokestack 4-pack lineup. The series includes Sixth Glass, Tank 7 Farmhouse, Long Strange Tripel, & more.
Boulevard hasn’t officially signed with a distributor for Georgia yet. This is the 3rd brewery with plans to launch in Georgia this year. The other breweries include Green Flash Brewing, and Blue Point.
Other beers in the Smokestack Series includes:
Double-Wide I.P.A., Dark Truth Stout, Chocolate Ale, Two Jokers Double-Wit, Nommo Dubbel, Harvest Dance Wheat Wine, Imperial Stout, Saison-Brett, and Bourbon Barrel Quad.
UPDATE 3/7: While Boulevard is still looking to be in the state in 2012, it looks like it will be closer to Fall, 2012.
