Will Ferrell’s Old Milwaukee Commercial Played In 2nd Smallest TV Market

Will Ferrell’s newest Old Milwaukee commercial went viral on Monday.  As mentioned here yesterday, the video was only shown in Nebraska.  Theres more to that.  The commerical was only shown in 1 tv market – in North Platte, Nebraska.  Just wait, there’s more.  North Platte is the nations 2nd smallest tv market -209th out of 210 markets.  That’s only 15,180 tv homes in the whole city.

Who ran it?

Apparently it was filmed and run by Funny Or Die, a company partially owned by Will Ferrell.  They bought the airtime in North Platte, and ran the spot.
