Almanac Saison de Brettaville added to Farm to Barrel Series

Almanac Saison de Brettaville has joined the brewery’s Farm to Barrel Series.

The brewery created Almanac Saison de Brettaville by starting with their Saison Delores, and added 12 different strains of Brettanomyces. After aging in white wine barrels, the beer was dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina, and Mosaic.
