Stone & Brewdog Brew a Beer On a Train

Did you catch last night’s premiere of Brewdogs on the Esquire Network? Here’s what you missed.

Stone Brewing Co’s Greg Koch, along with Martin and James put their heads together on a recipe. The result? An west coast IPA brewed with ghost peppers and kelp harvested right off the coast.

A propane burner was against regulations for a train, so Martin (the long haired one) got the hot water ready on the tracks outside. 240 miles up, 240 miles back, and the beer was ready for fermentation.
