Smuttynose Brewing steps ever so closer to their dream home. If all goes well, the brewery will be breaking ground this fall. Here’s the rundown/timeline.
The new brewery in Hampton will go forward. The property in Towle Farm Road location was purchased in 2008, and the site approved by the town. According to Smutty, the site is “shovel ready.”
Financial plans are being smoothed out as you read this. Financing will come from owner equity, SBA financing, and small business stimulus loans. All goes well, ground will be broken this fall, finished by the end of 2012 or early 2013. [SmuttynoseBlog]
