The above is a new variation on a Sierra Nevada beer mentioned before – Knock On Wood. The first edition, is a stout, aged in bourbon, with cocoa & chili pepper. This 2nd edition: Wood-Aged Hellraiser: Knock On Wood. It’s 5% Porter, 95% Ale aged in bourbon. Same abv, no mention of chiles, cocoa, or the like.
