Schlafly/Wine & Cheese Place Bourbon Quad Debuts Today

The Wine & Cheese Place is a staple for good beer in the St. Louis, Missouri area.  To celebrate 30 years of selling great beer, the store as lined up a series of collaboration beers with local Missouri breweries. Today’s inaugural collaboration is Bourbon Barrel Aged Quadrupel brewed at Schlafly.   A while back, TWCP started buying bourbon barrels for the store to age beer in.    Buffalo Trace was the barrel of choice for this quad.

The release party kicks off in about an hour in Missouri.  Only 209 bottles of this beer was produced.  It sold out in seconds.   Check out a couple of pics from this first collaboration via Wine & Cheese Place.
