I’m sure by now you’ve seem more than your fair share of speed chillers. Don’t be over the gimmicks just yet. Meet the V-Tex.
The V-Tex uses a “start stop rotational sequence” to create a Rankine vortex that keeps the drink contents in its original state while chilling the beverage.
Think of the vortex like a hurricane. There are two things going on within it. The inner part (of the liquid) turns as a disk and in the outer part the velocity is inversely proportional to the distance from the center. Less than a minute later, that beer is cold and won’t explode.
This little piece of science makes the V-Tex work. The parent company, Enviro-Cool is planning to release commerical and home editions of the V-Tex in the near future. Cost TBA.
They definitely know how to cast for commercials
