Goose Island’s Juliet just left the brewery. Juliet is brewed with wild yeast, and aged in cabernet barrels with blackberries.
Taste Expectations: (Per GI) Juliet is a tart, fruity, complex ale. Notes of wood, tannin, dark fruit and spice make Juliet an ideal beer to suggest to Pinot Noir enthusiasts and beer drinkers who are fond of Belgian sour ales.
Style: American Wild Ale (Barrel Aged, w/ Blackberries)
Hops: Pilgrim
Malts: Pale, Rye, Munich, Rye Flake
Cellar? Yes, up to 5 years
Availability: 22oz bottles
6.7% ABV
That is one of the Goose Island beers I most want to try. Unfortunately, NO GI beers come to Florida.
