Not Every Bond Likes The Heineken Deal

Skyfall is the newest James Bond movie coming this fall.  When you think James Bond, you think well dressed, sauve, debonair, martinis (shaken, not stirred) etc.  That is, until this little nugget was unveiled. Heineken inked a deal with the movie producers to place the beer in Bond’s hand, instead of the signature martini.

The $45 million dollar deal has caused a bit of a stir.  The current James Bond, Daniel Craig said the deal was “unfortunate, but necessary.”  Bascially stating that the movie could not have been pulled off without the Dutch company’s cash.   Not every Bond actor agrees with him, or the deal.

George Lazenby, who played Bond in 1969 said the deal was bad for many reasons, and that [Heineken] “isn’t the best beer out there.”  Below, via TMZ is the man, the myth, the legend, ordering the (previously) signature drink.
