New Holland Changes Mad Hatter Recipe

The New Holland Mad Hatter IPA recipe is being overhauled by the brewery. The brewery launched the offering in 1998, spawning a full line “Hatter” releases in the following years.

The reimagined version of New Holland Mad Hatter IPA features Michigan-grown Cascade and Citra hops alongside the Centennial hops that have been apart of the recipe since the beginning.

…An adjusted grain bill that increases the alcohol by volume (ABV) to approximately 7%. A freshly engineered hop gun and assertive dry hopping create bold and bright aromatics. Mad Hatter fans will spot the fresh Mad Hatter, as it also includes a creative update to its packaging with a new label and six pack.

The fresh version of New Holland Mad Hatter IPA will kick off with a release party at the Pub on 8th on Friday, April 24. All New Holland markets will receive the updated recipe shortly after.
