Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta, GA) has Serrano Eye Patch Ale in six packs for the first time. This marks the first release in a new Clip-On Series. The best part? You don’t just get to drink these new beers, you’ve had the chance to get involved in the process.
Monday Night teamed up with Beer Street Journal to allow readers (and Monday Night fans) to suggest their own spin on a brewery favorite. Your suggestions have been carefully considered by the brewing team, and the winner is – Fu ManBrew turned gose with pickled ginger.
The winning suggestion came from Scott Tull, who will get to invite 10 of his friends to the brewery tap room when the test batch hits the taps. Monday Night will gauge your response and – who knows – it may end up a full-fledged Clip-On Series beer at some point!
