Monday Night Brewing Buildout [PICS]

Monday Night Brewing (Atlanta, GA) is on the verge of opening a brand spanking new 30 barrel brewhouse. The 9,000 square foot space in Atlanta’s Westside features a 4 vessel brewhouse, bottling line, cold storage, barrel room, tasting room drinking patio and a lab.

The pictures below were taken during the buildout prior to Christmas during construction. For those brewery geeks out there – Monday Night has (4) 90 barrel tanks, and  (2) 30 barrel tanks. The Sabco Brew Magic setup will be used at the brewery for test batches and special tap room one-offs. Grand Opening of Monday Night’s new digs to be announced later today.
