Head Brewer Dave Chichura decided it was time to brew a beer in his own name, and so we have “Dave’s Pale Ale.” This beer is an utterly sessionable American pale ale. Old-school hopping with Columbus and Cascade along with a grain bill that includes Munich & Melanoidin malts and rolled oats make this unfiltered ale the perfect summer refresher.
