Widmer Brothers has a new gluten free offerings: Omission Pale Ale & Omission Lager. The gluten-free style of beer is growing with a greater awareness of those individuals with a gluten intolerance. Gluten is found in barley, so brewing a beer without is a little complicated. Each of Widmer’s Omission beers are lab tested for the presence of gluten. Brewmaster Joe Casey explains the process.
