Dogfish Head (Milton, DE) celebrates the India Pale Ale over the next few months. The beach adjacent brewery one of a few responsible for popularizing hop love in the United State. From the continual hopping technique that created 90 Minute and 60 Minute, to infusions of hops and flavors, Dogfish has done it.
