Philadelphia’s Dock Street Brewery loves Wu-Tang Clan. So much so that they are currently serenading a barrel with the beats and lyrics of their favorite rap group.
Dock Street’s head brewer Vince Desrosiers has created a special iPod hook up, so a very special red wine barrel aged saison can age while come to fermentation fruition with RZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, GZA, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, Inspectah Deck, and U-God.
Now, before you beer geeks launch into a fit, there is a method (and a Method Man) to this madness:
