This beer was first released in 2008 as Black Butte XX to celebrate Deschutes Brewing’s 20th Anniversary. Based off of their flagship beer – Black Butte Porter, each year this celebratory ale is just a little different each time.
2011 brings the big edition of porter with cocoa nibs, oranges, & natural flavors. 25% of the beer has been aged in bourbon barrels.
Typically released on draft and 22 oz bombers in June each year.
