Crispin Cider Company is introducing a new boxed cider ala Franzia style. Each box contains 3 liters of cider (the equivalent to 4 bottles of wine). The opened boxes last for about 4 weeks in the fridge. Unopened, the boxes have around a 9 month shelf life. One of the first offerings is Cidre Blanc, a 100% pressed apple juice cider with white wine yeast.
